Practical Love for Manifestation

Hello everyone! This is Dr. Sara Spowart with Happiness LearnedJ I am here today to share with you some wonderful new questions from clients that I wanted to explore with you today. And please as always- feel free to send me any and all questions you may have!

Something I have found interesting is that I have naturally used the energy of love to manifest in my life for as long as I can remember. I’m not saying I’m perfect at it or I can make myself love things I don’t feel love towards necessarily, but it’s been something I figured out a long time ago. For example, if I was in a class in school I didn’t like, I would try to find something I loved in it. Or I would create something to love in it, even if it was minor. I found that by sprinkling in some degree of love, I created greater connection with something and it became much easier and enjoyable. Love, however small, creates connection and makes things generally easier and more open. Hate or judgment, disconnects, shuts things down and makes them harder to do. The most powerful energy for manifestation is love. However, what does that even mean?

I’ve seen for a lot of clients that don’t understand what love means or have a toxic association with it because of hurt from people they’ve loved. So, what does this ‘manifestation love’ I’m talking about look like? Is it romantic love, is it paternal, maternal, familial, passionate, selfless, what does this refer to? At its core I would say it refers to a type of unconditional love, a love that just is and accepts and flows with whatever is happening while still being loving. To give a practical example, let’s say you would like to manifest buying a house and you have no idea how to make this happen. Maybe everything isn’t in line with what you would theoretically need to make sure this happens, but maybe you just feel in your heart that you would love to buy a home. Or are you afraid you won’t be able to buy a home? What is the focus? The love or the fear? I’m not saying don’t be practical and look at all the different aspects that could be helpful. However, what I’m saying is that you can come from two perspectives when you want to manifest. You can view it from a perspective of fear that you may not get what you want and try to look out for everything through the eyes of fear, or you can focus in on what you love and concentrate on that. In the case of buying a house, it might be that you see houses you love, look at beautiful pictures, and drive to neighborhoods you feel a sense of love for. You focus on the feeling of love, and try to increase that however possible. Love takes away blocks and disconnections, it disintegrates fear and melts barriers away. It opens us up and brings in things we didn’t know were possible.

Another question I’ve had from clients is “why is authentic love so challenging for so many people?” Well, it can be challenging for different reasons. However, part of this can be if you’ve had a lack of it in your life to begin with and you don’t really understand or know it. It would be like me telling you to enjoy the taste of chocolate and you’ve never had real chocolate before. Or to eat chocolate when they only time you had it before, it made you sick. Many seem to have a challenging relationship with love, and this can be part of the issue. But also, what we practice we get really good at. If you practice trying to feel some degree of love, or appreciation, or contentment with things, that will be reinforced and become more part of the way your mind is operating. Lastly, another part of why authentic love can be so challenging is that we don’t understand that we can and do generate it ourselves. We are creators, and can create love. We can find things to inspire us, or we can create small amounts of love wherever we are and nurture it from there. Our misunderstanding about love and that we can create it ourselves, also causes us pain.

The last question I wanted to discuss is, what does this have to do with manifestation? Why does love matter for manifestation? Well, the reason is that it allows us to feel open, free from fear, energized, uplifted, connected, inspired, and essentially it is a creative energy. Unconditional love in all its forms is a creative energy and brings out the creativity in us and our ability to manifest. Fear, anxiety, worry, stress, sadness…these are generally destructive energies. We can find ways to alchemize them into neutrality or love. Or we can focus on building up more love, so they decrease. All of this is critical with manifestation and creation of the life we are wanting for ourselves.

So, what is it you are wanting to attract in your life? Are you wanting a new relationship, better relationship, more money, better job, happier family, etc? Try focusing on love. What is amazing is you don’t even have to focus on love towards the thing you are wanting to manifest! You can just focus on creating a little more love, little by little, every day in general for your life. As it grows, your ability to positively manifest also growsJ … Dr. Sara believes that happiness can be learned and it is possible for everyone to feel happy if they want to and are open!
